Spring is on the way! (except in Australia)

This time of year is a wonderment...the Earth is pregnant and bounding with energy. Nature is optimistic and innovative, and no matter what, every year you get a return on seeds planted a long time ago. Return. Innovativeness. Return on soft skills investment and an innovative training activity are the topics for this month's issue. It's time to consider using a different currency to measure return than just money. And time to stretch our minds with new problem-solving techniques.
