Happy Summer!

Summer is in full swing and developmental initiatives are out of mind and training rooms will be empty of participants. Such is the cycle of the human performance industry. Here in Sweden things practically shut down until the end of August while every Swede is out getting as much sun as possible. I'll be doing the same, so there will not be an August issue of Stratevative e-Newz, but it will be back in your inbox in September full of ideas, tips, and techniques for human performance consulting.
