Projects, tasks, deadlines, teams, roles and procedures...how does a team juggle all of that on a day-to-day basis. In this month's new segment -- Featured Activity -- I describe an activity that helps smooth out the who's and what's of a team project. This is a flexible activity that can be used in a classroom or in a real-life, real-time situation. Featured Activity is a new segment I hope to fill every month with a game or creative new activity to help facilitate learning in the classroom, boardroom, lunchroom, meeting room, chat room, or other environment where people learn best. Contributions are most welcome (with full credit given, of course!)
