The Art Institutes -- America’s Leader in Creative Education -- offers programs nationwide in graphic design, culinary arts, multimedia and web design, fashion, interior design, computer animation, broadcasting, photography and much more.

The Directors of Admissions at The Art Institutes International are responsible for marketing to and recruiting prospective students nationally and internationally to their 16 schools throughout the United States. Each school has Directors of Admissions, and The Art Institutes International was needing to streamline its recruitment structure -- which is key to their admissions process.

Melina’s team developed an admissions manual that not only defined the recruitment and admissions processes, but also defined the duties, methods, tools, and skills required to help students construct their future.

As a follow-up to this project, the team also developed a trainer’s manual to assist training personnel in understanding lively and effective training methods, and to creatively and successfully teach, coach, and guide new admissions personnel on the recruitment and admissions process.
